The Taste of Art in Rue De La Gare

The Grand cafe Rue De La Gare presents The Taste of Art on Monday the 16th June . The Restaurant owner Eric van der Veen has asked the Toyists to make a design for an under plate. Each guest will receive this under plate when The Taste-of-Art Menu is ordered. This special art menu is an idea from the chef-cook Erik Jager.
Mister Van der Veen and the Toyista will present the original painting together at five o’clock in the evening. The painting has received the title: The Four Stomachs of Love
The painting will be given a prominent place in the cafe. It has been painted with acrylic on canvas and measures 60 by 60 centimetres.

Proeven van Kunst in Rue de la Gare

Grand café Rue de la Gare presenteert op maandag 16 juni Proeven van Kunst. Eigenaar Eric van der Veen heeft de Toyisten gevraagd een ontwerp te maken voor een onderbord. Dit onderbord krijgt elke gast vanaf 17 juni mee als hij het Proeven-van-Kunstmenu bestelt. Dit speciale kunstmenu is bedacht door chef-kok Erik Jager.

Vanaf 17.00 uur presenteert Van der Veen samen met de Toyisten het originele schilderij dat als titel De Vier magen van de liefde heeft gekregen. Het doek, dat een prominente plaats krijgt in het café, is geschilderd in acryl op linnen en meet 60 bij 60 centimeter.
