The small anorexic creatures – forming a kind of living gastric band – are trying to prevent the obese pig from eating more and more by compressing its stomach. Some of them are jumping – voluntarily or otherwise – towards oblivion and will almost certainly drown in the choking faeces.

De aan anorexia nervosa lijdende wezentjes proberen – als een soort levende maagband – de maag van het steeds maar dikker wordende obesitas varken samen te drukken. Enkele van hen springen – al dan niet vrijwillig – hun einde tegemoet en zijn overgeleverd aan de verstikkende faeces.
