BOOKS
A lot can be said about toyism and a lot more can be shown. Toyism is now covered in several books, of which two books are written by art critic Wim van der Beek. A lot of toyism artworks are shown in the books, together with full colour photo’s that give an excellent impression of their large projects. The books also feature stories and anecdotes about the toyists, giving the reader an exclusive look into their secretive and anonymous world.
POSTCARDS
Each Toyism Art Wallet has 10 postcards with envelops. The postcards feature images of toyism paintings or toyism projects. In collaboration with publisher Bekking & Blitz in Amersfoort toyism made several editions of postcards. In total there are six different art wallets available in the toyismshop aswell as bookstores and museums in The Netherlands. A selection was made from over 5000 photo’s to make sure that the best and most beautiful photo’s where shown on the postcards.
CYCLING SHIRTS & SKATING SUITS
Unique and professional cycling shirts and speed skating suits made by Sportconfex. A Dutch company committed to producing sportclothing i.a. for Dutch Olympic teams. In imitation of the Tour de TT special designs were made that are derived from the painting Horsepower Mania. The speed skating suit was presented by Marije Joling at the opening of the Horsepower Mania exhibition. The cycling shirt is perfect for the Tour de TT, a (motor-)cycle route along the historic route of the Dutch TT.
